Warranty
- WPO's Warranty applies only when the product is used as intended, without modification, following all practitioners' recommendations.
- All appliances are warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of client acceptance exclusive of damage secondary to abuse, modification and/or misuse of the appliance.
- "Fit problems" related to change in size, shape, volume, etc. of the client's limb (s) or trunk shall be considered out-of-warranty as they are out of our control.
- During the warranty period all office visits, adjustments, modifications, etc. shall be at no additional charge to the base appliance charge.
- Services performed out of warranty shall be charged at usual and customary rates.
- Special arrangements may apply, as documented by the attending practitioner, in hardship situations. If such arrangements are made the client will be provided a written estimate and asked to sign for their review and acceptance of the work estimate. By his/her signature the client accepts financial responsibility for work performed.
