Certified Prosthetist
Chuck Buxton serves as director of prosthetics at Menasha. He received his Associate of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh concurrently with his Certificate in Prosthetic from Northwestern University in 1987. He became a certified Prosthetist through the American Board for Certification in 1989.
Chuck is a member of the American Academy of Orthotics & Prosthetics and the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics.

Brian Schmidt, BOC-O, RTP

Registered Prosthetic Tech
Brian Schmidt manages WPO satellite clinics in Shawano, Waupaca and Wausau. In addition, with our unique mobile lab Brian is able to bring WPO offices to patients for everything but product fabrications.
Brian is a Certified Orthotist, and a Registered Prosthetic Technician. He is a member of the American Board for Certification as a Prosthetic Technician (RTP), and the BOC-O as an Orthotist.

Jeffrey Truttman, C.F.
Certified Fitter
Jeff Truttman is based in WPO's Menasha office and manages patient fittings and technical modifications in both orthotics and prosthetics. Jeff has successfully combined an automotive engineering background with experience in design and fabrication in becoming a certified fitter.
"I deal with both technical and clinical aspects of our services. This allows me to see the results of fabrication designs and obtain direct feedback from patients about the quality of our products."
Andrea Pavlik, CO Certified Orthotist Facility Director
Andrea Pavlik received a BS in biochemistry in 2000 and competed course work in physical therapy in 2002 at Carroll College, Waukesha, WI. She earned Honors Degrees in both Orthotic Technician and Orthotic Practitioner Programs from Century College, White Bear Lake, MN in 2004. She has advanced certification in Cranial Remodeling and the WalkAide. Andrea is the Communications Chairperson and on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Society of Orthotists, Prosthetists and Pedorthists.

Tim earned his BS in human biology from UW- Green Bay and completed the Prosthetic Practitioner program at Century College, White Bear Lake, MN. He has advanced training in the Rheo Knee and WalkAide.

Mick Batton, CO Certified Orthotist
Mick became an Orthotist in 1985. The American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists member works as an Orthotist and board member with a number of Wisconsin's orthotics and prosthetics organizations. He is certified in Cranial Molding and Stance Control Knee bracing, and holds a clinic at Riverside Hospital and with Neuroscience Group of Northeast Wisconsin.
